Platform actions: bulk loads, GenAI generations, policy scans, scraper runs and automation executions. 1 BPT = $0.01. Browsing, reporting and logins never consume tokens.
What happens if I run out of tokens mid-month?
Auto-recharge tops you up in one shot so campaigns never stall mid-load. You’ll get depletion notifications well before you hit zero, at three thresholds.
What if a load or action fails?
Failed platform actions are automatically refunded to your token balance in full. You only pay for work that actually completed.
Do unused tokens expire?
Unused tokens roll forward and stay valid for 3 months from purchase.
How is tax handled?
Prices are in USD. VAT/GST is applied where applicable at checkout; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged.
